Everholm is a pixel-art life-simulation RPG game. You’ll play as Lilly, who is transported through a magical portal to an island where everyone seems to know her, despite Lilly having no memory of the place. While searching for her missing sister, Lilly begins building a new life on the island. She farms, fishes, forages, raises livestock, learns new skills and develops relationships with the locals, gradually uncovering the mystery surrounding Everholm. The game combines the familiar routines of a farming and life sim with a more unusual, non-linear story and dangerous underground dungeons.

I really love this game. Everholm RPG Sim Game combines the familiar appeal of farming, gathering and building a home with a mystery that runs through the entire experience. Its relationships and non-linear story give the island a sense of purpose beyond simply completing daily tasks. The addition of procedurally generated dungeons also offers a different pace from the farming and social activities. If you enjoy life sims but prefer them to have a stronger narrative thread, Everholm is worth considering.
